Talley, LLP is a full service tax, accounting, and auditing firm located in Orange, CA. We work specifically with high net worth clients and their closely held entities, professional athletes, as well as with the distribution, wholesale and health care industries.

As a full time Administrative Assistant to Sales & Marketing, you will be expected to think and act proactively while making confident and autonomous decisions. Your ability to develop, implement, measure and evaluate marketing strategies (e.g. ROI) will be your growth indicator at Talley. You should also possess the following qualifications and skills:
> Identify new areas for service development by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive gaps.
> Analyze the market place, customers, prospects, non-customers and competitors to determine overall feature prioritization.
> Demonstrated ability to maintain and increase professional knowledge of the latest internet trends, practices, programs and applications evolving in social media/marketing.
> Entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of urgency - able to react to situations quickly and decisively keeping best practices for business in mind.
> Fresh content updates on a weekly basis (for blog, e-mail blasts, and website).
> HTML (desirable) or must have a current contact/resource in this area.
> CRM expertise.
> Professional service firm experience desired.
> Understanding of brand management and corporate image construction.
> Understanding of graphic design and layout principals.
> SEO (local as well as national) experience desired.
> Training in social media and bookmarking (Flickr,Tumblr, StumbleUpon, Delicious, Digg, and reddit, etc.) preferred but not required.
